This is your monthly Sky Mobile bill — covering your handset plan, SIM only contract, or data SIM.
SKY MOBILE on your bank statement is your monthly Sky Mobile phone bill. Sky Mobile is a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that runs on the O2 network infrastructure. The charge covers your monthly plan — whether that's a SIM only deal, a handset contract with monthly device repayments, or a data SIM for a tablet or smartwatch.
Sky Mobile is known for its data rollover (unused data carries forward into a Piggybank for future use) and its Swap upgrade scheme, which lets you upgrade your handset partway through a contract. If you're on a Swap plan, your monthly charge includes both airtime and device repayments. Sky applies an annual price increase, typically in spring — you should receive 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.
Sky Mobile uses O2's network for coverage. If you also have Sky TV or Sky Broadband, those appear as separate charges — SKY DIGITAL or similar for TV, and SKY BROADBAND for broadband — rather than SKY MOBILE.
