This is Apple's billing label — it covers iCloud, Apple Music, Apple TV+, App Store purchases, in-app purchases, and the Apple One bundle.
APPLE.COM/BILL is Apple's catch-all billing description. Unlike Netflix or Spotify which have a single product, this one label covers many different Apple services and purchases, which is why it can be confusing.
The most common sources of an APPLE.COM/BILL charge are: iCloud+ (storage plans: 50GB, 200GB, 2TB), Apple Music (individual, family, or student plan), Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple One (a bundle of multiple services), and individual App Store purchases or in-app purchases (such as game credits, premium app upgrades, or app subscriptions).
Apple always sends an email receipt for every charge — search your inbox for "Your receipt from Apple" to find exactly what was purchased. The receipt lists every item included in that billing cycle.
